Summary

Some of the Shang Dynasty's main achievements were creating a Chinese language, advancing bronze work, and creating a multi-functional urban center. All of these things helped the Shang Dynasty be as succesfull as it was, and everything that the Shang Dynasty achieved is still used today. For example, the Chinese language that is used now is based upon the ancient Chinese writing that was created during the Shang Dynasty. The Shang Dynasty was responsible for many technological and social advances that are still in the world today which makes them important to lean about.
